Since our courses involve dedicated instructor time, scheduling, and learning resources, all course fees paid toward enrollment are generally non-refundable once admission is confirmed and the classes are scheduled.

General Policy
-Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course at Allegro Music Academy, the paid fees cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted for any other course or student under normal circumstances. This policy helps us maintain proper scheduling of classes, allocate instructor time, and ensure the smooth functioning of our training programs.
Exceptional Circumstances
-Although refunds are generally not provided, Allegro Music Academy may consider refund requests under certain exceptional and unavoidable circumstances. These include:
Critical or serious medical conditions that prevent the student from continuing the course.
Relocation to another country due to work, education, or family circumstances.
Permanent shifting of residence to another state makes it impossible for the student to continue attending classes.
Verification Process
-In the situations mentioned above, the student or parent must submit a formal refund request along with valid supporting documents. These may include medical certificates, relocation proof, visa documents, or official address change documentation.
All requests will be carefully reviewed by the academy management. The academy reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the submitted documents before making any decision regarding the refund.
Refund Approval
If the request is found valid and approved by the management, a partial refund of up to 50% of the total course fee may be granted. This partial refund policy exists because administrative work, class scheduling, instructor allocation, and course preparation are already completed once enrollment is confirmed.
Final Decision
-The approval or rejection of any refund request will depend on the evaluation of the submitted documents and circumstances. The final decision regarding refunds will remain solely at the discretion of Allegro Music Academy management.
